We are a Mother-Daughter team in the Bay Area.  We have teamed up with Customer Service Realty to bring the best to our clients.  The Thomson Team works closely with it’s team of agents and brokers at CSR to provide the best counsel and service to every client.  CSR also is present in the community, volunteering time and donating money to worthy organizations.  See some of our links for more information about how you can also be a part of what CSR is accomplishing through their charities.

We specialize in aiding and education the distressed homeowner.  We are Certified Distressed Property Experts who can expertly navigate the underwater homeowner through their home retention or exit strategies that will minimize the negative impact on their credit and future owning potential.  We offer free counseling to any homeowner who needs their questions answered.

As a Real Estate Team, we have experience in buying and selling all types of homes – from the multi-million dollar property in Almaden to the small condo in South San Jose.  We are well versed in the market today and close short sales, provide council in loan modifications, and can assist in all types of purchase financing.  Kelsey started in this industry as a loan officer and her experience with loans is a vital part of her business.  Robbie is also a professional home stager – her eye for design has helped many homes in the Silicon Valley to sell quickly.  You will definitely want her on your side when you sell!
